A blind bloke just talking about life. This second episode introduces Lou Plunkett who runs an online accessibility consultancy called Impact with Lou. Lou was diagnosed with Stargardt’s Disease (a form of juvenile macular disease) in her teens. She now provides training for content creators and organisations on how to make their content as accessible as possible.
